All hosting plans with Primepalette are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. The renewal will be processed using the payment method on file.
2. Renewal Notices
We will send you a renewal reminder via email 7 days prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date and accurate.
3. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription and avoid automatic renewal, you must notify us at least 7 days before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at [email protected].
4. Payment
Renewal charges will be based on the current pricing of your hosting plan at the time of renewal. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and update the terms of service as necessary.
5. Refunds for Renewals
No refunds will be provided for any renewal fees once they have been processed. If you cancel your subscription after the renewal has been processed, you will have access to your hosting plan until the end of the billing period.
